Applied and NEVER received an update on my application. If I wasn’t approved at least notify me of that. I could’ve saved my $50 bucks! I honestly feel like I was discriminated against. They weren’t kind to me at all the receptionist was VERY nasty and she kept sending me to “Debra” voicemail when the listing of the property had a WHOLE different realtor listed. $1600 for a place that needs WINDOW UNITS IN 2025 is CRAZY I don’t know what criteria they’re looking for only reason I applied because my current realtor is listing the property for sale and I was trying to stay close to my job and didn’t want to move to an apartment with 3 boys! However I’ve been approved for an EXTREMELY NICE HOUSE thanks for not notifying me of the decision you all actually did me A HUGE FAVOR!!!

Very unprofessional. Never answers the phone. Customer service is very unsatisfying. Told Melissa about my pest problem (which was never created or caused by me) and the issue was NEVER taken care of. Multiple problems back to back which never got solved. She never once reached back out when I tried to contact her. She may tell you that it will be done as soon as possible. However, that is not the case here. Highly recommend going to a much more convenient and reliable realtor.

Newport News location is horrible. Very condescending and rude staff. Unprofessional. Have been given the run-a-round when trying to reach someone about my application. Met with someone to look at a property, agent was unprofessional-pulling up blasting music. Another woman answers the phone, condescending, has a nice-nasty tone. Never returns phone calls. They hardly ever answer the phone. They don't act like they care-at all.

Melissa has been amazing in the whole rental experience. She was super friendly and every time I had a question she would respond super fast. Definitely recommend them!

I give ZERO starts for this company! Renting with this company has been nothing but pure hell! They do not care for their tenants or military community!! When we first moved into the house, the house wasn't even ready. The owner refused to start our lease 3 days later as we were pcsing from Texas. Ok no big deal. When we got to the house the water heater had leaked in the shed. The gas furnish which is the regulator to the A.C had to be replaced. This caused us not to have any heat in the house toward the end of NOV or hot water. The shed door had mold so it had to be fixed I have three kids so we ended up having to stay in a hotel. No reimbursement for that at all, not even a SORRY! Next issue is we still have yet to receive a recycling been. It has been 14 months and still no recycling
