I am writing to inform you about the unprofessional, uncaring, and uncompassionate services I received from Denise Winslow and Wilma. I believe I utilized Century 21 services for 8 years. Denise would take weeks to respond to my phone calls and emails. Denise did not check on my property to do routine inspections. I am glad that I live locally and was able to check on my property for myself. I visited my property and discovered the shower had cracked and caused water to leak to the second-floor bathroom. I could not tell how long this leak had occurred because the ceiling was brown where the leaks had occurred; which leads me to believe the leak was there for a long time. If you've ever heard the term "slumlord" then you should be familiar with how this company operates. Absolutely disgusting living conditions and once they get your money and get you in, they will act like you are insane for expecting basic decency and a functional, sanitary place to live, and then they will threaten you with thousands of dollars in fees that are not included in your lease if you try to break the lease early because of how disgusting and dangerous to your health everything is. If you see this name attached to any property, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. ETA (as requested): We stopped renting with this group over 2 years ago. From day 1 they had major communication issues that lasted beyond our move-out date, when our emails to return our deposit were ignored. During the 2 years we rented, they "couldn't get ahold of the home owner" and that excuse was used ALOT without any further communication. They tried to leave a broken grill in the yard and supplies in the shed, for example. It took months to remove a dead tree whose limbs were causing damage we wouldn't be reimbursed for. We had to fix spigots and locks and several other things around the house ourselves. They kept our security deposit after we PCS'd.
