I would highly recommend C21 Legacy to anyone that needs to either purchase a home, sell a home, or use their property management to rent your property. Marc Webb has been honest and diligent in every aspect of getting our home rented, and he always answers his phone!
BUYER BEWARE! I put a contract on a parcel of land through this realtor. The deal fell through when the other party was unable to close (through no fault of mine). Century 21 would not refund my earnest money until I hired an attorney to force the issue. I was finally able to get my earnest money back, but I still ended up $1000 out of pocket with the attorney’s fee. There are plenty of other realtors out there, so be smart and find a more reputable agent. Save yourself a lot of trouble.
My experience with C-21 Smoky Mountain Realty was wonderful. The agents were very knowledgeable and worked hard to find me the home I was dreaming about.
The best! Century 21 is the only Real Estate office I will refer to. They go above & beyond! They found us the PERFECT home!!! LOVE THEM!!
