Yoanna Montes de Oca was our realtor and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She helped us find a townhouse that had everything we were looking for and worked closely with our HLO. She was very patient with me and my questions and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Closing from moment of offer acceptance took only one month. We signed today. She really did go above and beyond for us. I’m so happy she was my realtor and she gave me the sweetest gift basket to congratulate us on signing. I am Recommending her to all my friends and family. If you want to buy a house GO TO YOANNA.

Worst people to rent from. I paid my rent on time every month without an issue. Every time I had an issue it was like pulling teeth to get them to come fix the issue. When I first moved in I had to go 2 weeks without a refrigerator with a 1 year old in the house. There was not one fire alarm. I called multiple times for them to come install them and nothing. I finally got them out because I contacted a lawyer. My lease was supposed to end feb 25 2018 and I was FORCED to move out 10 days earlier because they had another tenant moving in. Now that I am out of the property I figured I would NEVER have to deal with them again. I was WRONG. I just received a bill for $270 from terminix when I called them to see what was going on they told me it was for the property I just moved out of that I re
