Century 21 Keim Realtors - Bethlehem

Kalief M. Robinson was my Real estate agent. He was no help what so ever. He would send me listings of properties but when I would inquire about scheduling a viewing there was no respond, but he would proceed to email me listings. He would never get back to me. When he did he scheduled me a viewing for a place I never even asked about. It was really frustrating so I went elsewhere. I move into my new home on the first no thanks to him though. Century 21 is a really great Real estate company but if you want a professional realtor avoid Kalief M. Robinson!

Very unprofessional when dealing with someone's livelihood through a Facebook app, when told to please communicate with phone calls.No help from kalief Robinson who was my agent poor responses no follow ups with selling my home. My opinion is if your senior agents only worries are is if ""my Facebook is blowing up"" hmm..I had to fire mr. Robinson sadly enough..I was relying on him. And with me having to do so I received a thank you for being fired in response. that shows the level of professionalism in this company.

2 words. Jesse Moyer. The best agent the valley has to offer. This is our second purchase with him and he still has the same old school approach. He even went to bat for my family during times of turbulence with our sellers. We've tried other agents at different companies and they were treating us like numbers. Jesse, for the second time stuck it out with us until we found our deal. They dont make'em like that anymore. I don't know much about Century 21, but I know Jesse Moyer is the ultimate professional and a class act.

Tim and Lauren are the perfect realtor team. Team helped my wife sell a very tough property and Lauren really knows the inner workings of the local real estate scene both residential and commercial.

Call left several messages for an agent and received no return call. It's been 3 weeks of this don't know what the problem is but it needs to change.
