I see that Jane Wachter, the realtor I used has given her company a 5-star review below. Unethical. Once my home went under contract, I didn't receive any showings for two months. Jane's response was to suggest lowering the price very early in the process. After reviewing the agreement again, I realized the property had not been listed on the multiple listing service.
