I want to start by saying that I did not rent thru this company but went through the application process and was highly disappointed. I applied for a property on Fed 2nd and never received a denial or acceptance and when I contacted company multiple times they would tell me they would get back to me and never did. So ultimately I decided to have a plan B and apply to different properties and was approved. We need to hold these companies accountable. In this economy $55 just taken from my home means something. The rental industry is taken advantage of people time, money and opportunity. Very disappointed and out of $55 but my blessing will cover that ten fold.

I never moved into the property after paying him $3,050. I went inside the home and it was not livable! Now I'm having problems getting my money back. Make sure you double check the property before you pay Jeff keller anything. Matter of fact stay away from him. This is a terrible situation that I am going through at a bad time.

Called Susan Jackson about viewing a property that was priced fairly well. We told her that we already went through the pre-approval process and was approved for well above the price for the home. She wanted us to send the pre-approval first before discussing/ viewing anything. I'm aware that in some instances this is standard but come on. The residence was a mobile home priced for $130,000. I've had another realtor show me a home priced at $250,000 (which is within budget and less than pre-approval) without seeing the letter. Her attitude was not welcoming and I would not like to work with her!

Amazing company!! I’ve been with them for over 4 years and currently entering a new property from them! Mr. Keller and his team has literally has literally been great with everything you could need as a renter. Communication has never been obscure and has always on point.
