TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! They took my $80 application fee and never got back to me. I called 3 days in a row after it had been a week since I applied and was told the property manager was out and would call me back that day. They still haven't given me any answer and its been over 2 weeks now! I have family members that said they did the same thing to them and they never got an answer on their application!

Very rude. Would not recommend at all. Took my $30 application fee and didn’t call to verify my job or landlord before declining. Felt like they stole $30. The man was very rude on the phone. Customer service and kindness go a long way.
