We had a great experience working with Steve Wells purchasing a home under a very tight deadline. Steve did a wonderful job communicating with the sellers agent, coordinating with the title company, and getting the deal done. Steve is an awesome Realtor and we will use him again when we have another need in the Greater Billings Area!

We were looking for property in Red Lodge, MT. We were from Iowa. We corresponded with realtors in Billings and Red Lodge. The MOST responsive, by far, was Shilo Cook, from Century 21 in Billings, MT. Shilo kept texting, emailng and calling us with updates, questions, and any concerns we had. Shilo was persistent in driving to and videoing any property we wanted him to. He sent us information on any property we asked him for. This is why we went with Shilo and not a realtor in Red Lodge. It’s Wayne Wilcox! If you are lucky enough to work with him you will experience customer service that has no parallel. I unfortunately signed a contract with a realtor before I had the privilege of dealing with Wayne. I relied on him more then my realtor. I can’t imagine if I had his full support behind me. I made the mistake of not having him work for me. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
