Jerff Dawson (based from this office) was just awful to work with. Ill prepared, unorganized and not up front with what was happening with the property. Never installed a lock box, so every time someone wanted to look at the house, we had to provide a key. As time went on, Jeff decided he would try and accept an offer that we did not approve. He then went and had the septic tank checked and left the hole in the yard open. After that Jeff, and his potential buyers entered the property and proceeded to steal items that were still in the house. Also leaving the oven on and all lights in the property on. We had to file an official police report, to which Jeff then proceeded to lie to the police and say these things never happened. No video proof could be obtained so the police did nothing bein

We worked with Jim Davis to buy our first home and could not have asked for a better guy to represent us and guide us through the process. He worked day and night to accommodate our work schedules and didn’t stop until we found the exact house that was perfect for us. I was victim of fraud by Thomas E Jolley, and his broker Roger Dolanch did not make nothing to solve this situation. Now i have filed a complaint against them in: COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF STATE BUREAU OF PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL AFFAIRS Complaint number: CP_23_007696 As well im gonna file another one in te BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Thomas E Jolley tried to sell me a house that is in a foreclosure saying me that i will get a warranty deed and clear title, now i lost my money and he is not aswering my emails. Besides he told me that he preffer works with someone locally, not a person out of the area of the house wich is a discrimination for my origin. I have to say that my name is hispanic. At this point im having converstions with several attorneys reviewing this mate

Mr Brahler has very little knowledge of how to complete listing and sales agreements. Shows little respect for sellers and buyers. Very disrespectful. Would not recommended him to my worst enemy.
