CENTURY 21 Epic

This was my own purchase, but seeing as how I represented my wife I will highlight just a few key points. First, I was able to identify a quality property, prepare to purchase, and create an offer that won out over so many others, I think that speaks for itself. Additionally, much patience was required, good follow up and an understanding of the court process has given me valuable 1st hand experience. Now onto 1st hand experience turning a 125 year old fixer into something special.

David went above and beyond with not only the sale of the property but his local knowledge and responsiveness. There were complexities with time differences between the UK and California but David made himself available and as extremely responsive throughout. His knowledge and effort have made what was a daunting task (selling a property in another country with no local knowledge) much easier by helping us sail through issues with relative ease. Would 100% use David again! Thank you from me and my family for all your help during what was a challenging time.
