As a buyer, we tried buying a home Lisa Urcuiolio was selling. 2045 Orinoco Dr, West Islip, NY. We gave an initial offer of $725K with no contingency and with 20% down payment. She ignored our calls for a week and then refused us. Then we presented with $740K offer. She rejected our $740K offer saying that the seller has another offer of $750K. Whenever we had any questions, she was extremely rude when answering them. In the end she chose to sell the house for $715K. She made a fool of us because our offers were genuine, honest, and way above the price she chose to sell the home for. I wonder if her actions were intended in seller's best interest.

While the reviews for the other agents are glowing, I cannot say the same for Allison Capone. She is rude, disrespectful & completely unprofessional. She clearly puts her commission ahead of basic human decency and consideration. Use her at your own peril, unless you want to find out for yourself that money, not people, is what matters to her. You've been warned and I hope this helps someone else!!
