NEGATIVE 5 if I could, DO NOT rent from these people!!! I'm a 100% disabled veteran I paid for move out cleaning, carpet cleaning and spray for pets, according to Property Manager Jennifer Holt it was unsatisfactory instead of contacting the companys that did the job she charged me $435 on top of what I already paid, so I'm out $1128.30 on a fixed income. So I contacted the cleaning company told them wants going on the owner of Rockstar Cleaners Carolinas goes above and beyond calls them and gets hung up on twice very unprofessional cause they didn't want to hear that they were wrong!!! On top of that they take forever to fix things I was without a fireplace for almost a year before it finally got fixed, so there was a hole covered by a trash bag it got so cold downstairs my girlfriend

We lived in Jacksonville 3 years, had good experience with Century 21. They try to help and work out the problems. Especially our realtor Melissa Russell, she is patient, kind,caring and helped us to find the house in Jacksonville, nice neighborhood, very convenient to go to Topsail Beach, and parks, shopping, eat........
