She was always available and had outstanding communication. My job leaves me with a complicated schedule and Cathy was always on top of helping me out when I could not leave the hospital. Julie was very methodical in marketing my house. She always had a plan and communicated it very well. Even when things were slow with the house she made sure to check in with me every few days to keep me updated on what was happening and what our next move was.
