Laura Butler Rowe has been my realtor for many years. She has done a great job more than once. Recently she helped our dear friends that were moving to Center, and looking for a lovely place to retire.We introduced them to Laura, and it a matter of days they found the perfect house. I would say that Laura needs a considerable amount of re-training. Definitely does not have the best interest of her client in mind. Contracts and paperwork were often missing or incomplete, phone calls often not returned, just a conglomeration of problems, even in the first week. IF you decide to hire Laura, DO NOT sign a 6 month contract with her. Make it a month-to-month. That way you can bail if needed.
