Centric Gateway Apartments

As a vendor working with Centric Gateway, I’ve had a great experience with the leasing staff. Rahel, Endyia, and Nicole are professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Communication is always clear and timely, and they make coordination smooth and efficient. It’s refreshing to partner with a team that is respectful, responsive, and truly values strong working relationships. Their professionalism reflects well on the entire community. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Update: I have a court date of Dec 10, 2025 against TREA Centric Gateway LLC due to the non refunding of my security deposit. I literally received a final account statement on August 25th stating they owe me a refund for me to then reach out several times in person, phone calls, voicemails, and emails as I never received the security deposit for the answer to be they don’t have it or know where it is. Centric Gateway is negligent, unprofessional, and now after this I definitely wouldn’t recommend living here. When I first moved to Centric Gateway in 2023 the leasing office staff was excellent. I have stayed at this apartment residence for the past 2 years and I have unfortunately seen the office staff progressively decline. Great workers like Elijah used to take care of residents but now

We have just moved in and had a great experience with the assistant community manager Rahel! We needed to move in within a few days and she helped us every step of the way. She spent over 2 hours helping up fill out the paperwork and everything we needed to apply and move-in. Can’t thank her enough.
