Centric

I sincerely appreciate the assistance provided by the staff. After I discovered insects in my apartment, they responded very quickly and came to help address the issue. Their prompt action made me feel reassured and much more at ease. The staff members were extremely patient, professional, and willing to help throughout the process. I am truly grateful for their support and for everything they have done to resolve the situation.

The staff here at Centric is truly second to none. Clay and Trevor are absolutely amazing. Not only are they incredibly kind, but they also go above and beyond for the residents. After the snow left, my roommate and I were buried in snow, and they didn't hesitate to jump in and help us dig out. + They always take the time to greet me and ask how my day is going.

The current rating (4.3) is too high in my estimate, and I will give just one star in alignment with my experience at Centric (EDIT: it used to be two stars, and now it's one star after reading some of the reviews, and I feel like I need to be the one who balances it out). First, I will say, the maintenance team (i.e., not management) was great - super friendly and gets the job done. However, the management would spend several hours at lunch and would be absent from the office when I needed them for urgent questions. Additionally, they can come off very hostile and defensive when asked simple questions. There were several incidents where the apartment parking lot experienced stolen vehicles and other obscenities (e.g., a man with his private parts out at the top of the parking lot) occur,

The office team at Centric Apartments is truly amazing! They are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests, or just creating a positive atmosphere, they consistently provide top-notch service. You can tell they genuinely care about the community, and it makes living at Centric such a great experience. Highly recommend—thank you to the entire office team for everything you do!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff is incredibly friendly, and maintenance has been amazing. I had an issue with my dryer, and it was fixed quickly. Clay was especially helpful, very kind and personable.
