Centreport Lake Apartments

I wanted to follow up on a previous complaint and give credit where it’s truly due. Unbeknownst to me at the time, management had recently changed. On what felt like my last straw, I went into the leasing office to express concerns about dirty hallways and neighbors leaving trash outside of valet hours. During that visit, the new property manager, Dom A, overheard my conversation with the leasing agents. He took the time to listen, gathered details from me directly, and assured me that changes were coming. I can honestly say that within 72 hours, I saw a complete 360° turnaround. The very next business day, a grounds crew came through and pressure-washed the hallways. Dumpster areas are observed overflowing with trash and bulk waste. In addition, residents regularly place trash outside designated areas rather than using the valet trash service, despite a mandatory monthly fee for this service. These conditions have been reported to the leasing office on multiple occasions. Common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and garage spaces, are consistently dirty and visibly stained. Despite prior notification, the conditions have continued without sustained remediation. Most concerning, a live rat was observed in the garage overhead area during daylight hours. This raises concerns regarding sanitation and pest control in shared spaces. Accumulated waste and unsanitary common areas may create health and safety risks for residents and guests. Property man

My best friend moved here and i considered it as well...the apartment walls were not painted upon move in day and took 5 days of continuous complaining, garbage disposal broken, vents beyond dirty and blinds broken. Hallways are full of bird crap on all floors, its been almost 3 months and no one has cleaned them. Valet trash bins are always left in the hallways with trash all over. The reception is well below average and NOT helpful, rude and will ignore your phone calls after move in. (They are sweet as pie during the application process though.) The gates do not work. They claimed they were being fixed but not the case so anyone can just come in. Maintenance is terrible and use old parts when fixing things.

I’ve seen a noticeable and positive change since the new property management and staff took over. Communication has improved significantly, concerns are addressed promptly, and the overall atmosphere feels more professional and welcoming. It’s clear the new team genuinely cares about the residents and the condition of the property. Maintenance requests are starting to be handled efficiently, the office staff is friendly and responsive, and there’s a renewed sense of accountability and organization. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but the progress so far has been impressive. I’m confident the property is moving in the right direction and look forward to seeing continued improvements. Highly recommend giving this community another look under the new management.

I had an excellent experience touring Centreport Lake Apartments! The tour was thorough, welcoming, and verify informative. Everything was explained clearly, and all of my questions were answered with patience and professionalism. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the manager Dom is really helpful. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable the guide was - it made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress - free.
