I had the worst experience with an agent name is Natacha pilorge, she provided the wrong informations and details about a place I rented from her . No laundry after she send me a picture of laundry spot and she said only one person lived in there and I found it family and won’t reimburse me for my broker fee after setting me up . Not responding my call after I sent her the pictures of the announcement I rented from her and avoiding responsibility. I’m trying to make a small claim and before that tried to get my money back with a good way and told her to take 20% from the amount and she told I’m a money hungry after she setting me up . I’m writing this message after 20 days living in this spot I don’t want you guys to have this trouble so try to avoid this group and specifically Natacha ppi
