Today on January 13,2026 I spoke with manager Kelsee. I received notice yesterday afternoon after running errands late evening. After setting up important appointments for today with a mandatory inspection. I called early this morning when they opened and spoke to receptionist to reschedule she informed me they would reach back out to me. I told her OK that sounds good. When Kelsee manager called me back she stated I did not have a choice. They were going to enter, even to change locks. Which in California it unlawful. Then owner lost her keys by switching multiple times with different property managers. I was complaint by trying to reschedule and told her I have a minor at home we have been harrassed, threatened, retaliated and discriminated by previous management executive and the owner

Me and the Mrs moved into one of thier locations in the city of hills area in bakersfield and immediately fell in love with the view of the mountains and its surroundings. That is the only positive thing to say about our experience there. First the unit was explained to us was basically the pick you part of the complex . If another unit needed something they would take from our unit. No big deal everything will be fixed as explained by manager . We moved in first issue the heater didn't work took two cold as hell nights to fix ..then dishwasher was leaking all over floor..a month in then toilet was leaking after 3 repair tickets and mold starting to grow in restroom now they finally sent someone . Only because thru a nasty message I said I will hire someone myself and take out of rent. No

Nothing gets fixed that's supposed to be fixed at our apts. Everyone here at the apt. Complex has some repairs that need to be done. We call and they keep sending someone to fix our repairs but there is still a whole lot that needs repairs that the property management says they will take care of they send an electrician out to fix something but the electrician won't fix it because he has to get paid for his work so electrician says he will put out a work order to have it fixed but the property management won't agree to it because they. Have to spend more money for more repairs so repairs left undone and problems still are left at our apt I was calling the office 1 whole day to tell them about my power going out in a couple of the rooms here at my place after sending emails telling them abo

This company and Eric the broker are the WORST ! I’ve been living in one of their apartments for almost a year with it being uninhabitable, I have called and complained , basically harass them to do THEIR job yet they still don’t do nothing ! Do yourself a favor and go through a different property management.
