They are the best title company in Sanpete County, maybe even in all of Utah! They have a very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The owner is an Ephraim native and they have been running this business for almost 40 years so they definitely know what they're doing. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again.
After being told by another Title Co. I had to see an Attorney to do a Quit Claim (@$300 an hour) I called Central Utah Title and they were happy to do it for $45. Don't let anyone tell you you have to get it from an Attorney. The Attorneys office even told me Title Companies don't do them anymore. So glad I checked with CUT before I handed over $300 to an Attorney!!
