So My Husband and I applied for an apartment with Kenny. He said a few days later we got approved. But the very next day said he made a mistake and the landlord went with someone else. Because of this we denied other offers from other realtors. It's very unprofessional. It is their job to know the applicants and speak directly with the landlord. I am incredibly upset. If it was possible I would leave no stars.

This agency is horrific. If I could give zero stars I would. This entire office is a scam from the top down. We tried to view an apartment which Lawrence Wong had the listing. He did not have time or care to show it, so we had to get another broker involved. When we tried to move forward, Lawrence demanded we pay a fee and a half because he did not want to split it with someone for doing his job. We spoke with the owner John Boey, who could have cared less that his employees were trying to snake a deal. Neither of them would call us back or let us speak with the landlord, as they were trying to get a few extra bucks. Needless to say we found a new apartment so we did not have to deal with them.

It was unbelievable how rude Elizabeth was. She literally could not have cared less. I had to keep calling her to show me an apartment. She was never once friendly. Even on the phone, she talked down to me. I was finally able to see the place after contacting her several times out of desperation. The apartment was an absolute nightmare, but she kept trying to brush over my concerns. She must have thought I was some fool to believe her blatant lies. When I asked her if the area is safe, she told me I shouldn't ask an agent that question, as they're not allowed to tell you that. I don't know how the other agents are, but if this woman is at all representative of the agency, I could never in a million years recommend Central Real Estate.

Absolute nightmare. The fee was 1 month rent, landlord offered to pay half. The broker, Lawrence, turned around and still demanded full fee from us. Trying to get himself full fee plus half!! He then refused to give us the landlord's number and refused to communicate at all..
