I generally do not provide reviews or testimonials but with the NeirTeam I feel compelled to do so. Stacy was recommended to me by a golfing buddy who had used her before. During our first meeting I explained that I was going through the most difficult time in my life. She understood why I needed to buy another house first and then sell the house where I was currently living in after I moved. Stacy found me a beautiful house almost immediately in the Central Park (formerly Stapleton) neighborhood. I mainly dealt with Stacy and Amy, a team member of Neir. Being a senior and doing this on my own for the first time, in a very long time, was scary! But Stacy guided me through the process and successfully negotiated a very good deal for me. Alex listed our Stapleton home last summer and it was under contract within a week. Stacy helped decide what staging items we may need and gave us tips on how to keep a show ready home with a toddler. The Neir team was effective, professional, and fun! Alex was not only our listing agent, but our buyers agent as well. Alex kept us grounded when we’d get emotionally invested in a potential house. He was patient in our journey and gave us great advice along the way. When we did find the one, he was there already anticipating what we would need to get done. I feel like I don't even have the right words to explain how completely and utterly amazed I am by Stacy Neir. If I could double the amount of stars possible, I would. I have never met anyone who works as diligently, expediently, precisely, and joyfully as Stacy. Stacy made the process of buying and selling (she did both for us!) in this completely insane market a total breeze as we she always had our backs every steps of the way and never missed a beat. Her extensive network opened amazing opportunities, and her seasoned negotiating skills got us the house we wanted as well as a sale price for our existing home that was beyond what we could have imagined.
