Central Park at WinStar Village

Been living here for about two years now, and so far it's been good. 24/7 maintenance, routine bug spraying, in-unit washer and dryer are lovely accommodations compared to my first apartment. App lets you pay rent online, submit requests to fix things in your apartment and see your lease.

My husband and I moved here 3 months ago after selling our house of 30 years. We are soooo happy here. We have had 3 maint. issues and they have been here immediately to fix the problems. These are beautiful apartments and very well maintained. Love the people who work in the office. A very safe and comfortable place to live Here we are ....9 years later, we LOVE our apartment. Things are always fixed or repaired within 1-2 days and sometimes the same day of our maintenance call. The staff has always been professional and courteous to us. Our rent has always been very reasonable and lower than any comparable apartment in Gainesville.

terrible manager, they don't help you with crappy neighbors. Internet is almost as legally low by the government standards allowable. Rent keeps increasing because the manager allows trashy/destructive people to stay instead of getting rid of them.

We have been in the apartment since February and it's been nothing but problems. There's no sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs apartments. You will hear every single noise they make upstairs. The hallways are awful. Pics posted. My suggestion is that if you are wanting to live here ask to see the actual apartment you will be in. If you can't see it be sure to check out any of the buildings other than the two in front. Those are in mint condition. Check out where YOU will be living. They just put in all new landscaping today but say that a new power washer power washer to clean the nasty hallways is not in the budget. Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs either. Apartments are very nice, property management is horrible to deal with, rude and seems dishonest. I inquired about and toured the model, got my application and deposit together and turned in, was shown the exact unit i would be getting and never given any indication that there could possibly be a issue to prevent me from getting in. I turned in my deposit and app on a Friday ( after computers were down for the day ) they are closed Saturday and Sunday so I was told they would call me Monday morning. By noon I had not rea call and was very anxious to get started with my move so I reached out to them only to be told there was no one in the office that day either but some would call me the following day on Tuesday.
