Central Park Apartments

This is my first time doing a review and being honest this is about the worst place you could move into. First of all you have to almost beg for maintenance to fix something in your apartment. When adding the request online they just mark it as complete even though they never showed up and if they did they would just walk into the apartment without notice or they’ll bang on your door like crazy. I lasted during the summer time 2 MONTHS without A/C and I had to be going to leasing office almost everyday. Then my car got all 4 tires stolen even though security “was on site” that night which makes no senses how my tires were stolen if they were there or maybe the security guy had something to do with it. Saw a strange man walking around apartments half naked last night around 1 am no doubt he did this we’re supposed to have security but I only see him at 6:30 PM when I’m getting off work so he’s basically useless. && for the price of rent you can be somewhere WAY nicer and safer.

I’ve been here since JUNE 2022. My experience living here has been horrible since day one. However, due to location (near my job) and housing market, I haven’t moved out. Today (April 6) has been the worst experience! A maintenance worker walked into my apartment without notification regarding inspection. They’ve never done this before. I work overnight! Therefore, someone unlocking the door and inviting themselves into my place of peace was so disrespectful and disturbing. I was naked! The maintenance guy walked into the apartment while I was putting on clothes to respond to the aggressive knocks at the door. Random unannounced inspection aren’t safe! I felt fearful for my life. This is how ppl get hurt extremely bad. Office staff stated that they notified via email. Absolutely no email h

Do not move here!! Ive had problems with this complex before, but this is by far the worst! We haven't had A/C in our apartments in about 4 days in the middle of June, so the temperature in the apartment get to 95 degrees! About 30 apartments are experiencing this. Yet there is still nothing being done about it! They haven't answered the phone once in the times we called about this and no maintenance requests are being responded too. I can't believe they are allowing this to happen, our apartments are literally unlivable right now!

Came in to inquire about a 1 bedroom after work saw the leasing agent with renters, but was completely ignored. Didn’t even tell me he will be with me in one min or anything was completely ignored. He even got up to walk around and completely walked pass me and ignore me that’s not good customer service. If you plan on renting here I wouldn’t imagine if you need things from the leasing office I figure they will ignore you. However made me feel very uneasy and ignored would not recommend. Like at-least acknowledged I’m there.
