The maintenance request was not handled in a timely or effective manner. After stating he would return the following day, the technician did not report back until several days later. When he did come, the original issue was not resolved. In fact, the condition appears to have worsened, as the dryer is now making excessive and disruptive noise. I am generally very patient and rarely submit complaints, but given the ongoing issue and lack of resolution, I feel this concern is warranted.

The office staff is amazing Latoya and Tawnya are very amazing people… They help me so much and i love living here. George and Marco are maintenance and always come to fix, it’s like home i been here 3 years

I been living here almost 3 years And it has been a good experience with the office staff and maintenance staff, they are always available to help you with your needs with kindness and responsibility

Tawnya and LaToya are the best in the rental office, as well as the maintenance staff, been living here and they all are very helpful

Because I was moving from Florida all I had to go off was the Google reviews and site pictures. I was hesitant due to the reviews but I applied anyway. I’m glad I did because LaToya (leasing manager) made it super easy. She was very helpful and friendly. Whatever I needed help with she was there. I checked the reviews after applying and saw they increased a lot due to her professionalism and friendliness. The entire staff were welcoming and have made me comfortable in a new environment. I’ve been here a month and am extremely happy with my decision.
