Pretty nice if you like townhomes. On this whole lot, there used to be a Smith's grocery store (with the Smith's small liquor & convenience store building at the corner of Westview and Silber) and there was also a small strip center with a video rental store and other small businesses. There was also a large vacant lot behind the liquor store alongside Silber Rd in front of Smith's and it went all the way to Shadyvilla Ln. I remember a lot of immigrants would congregate there hoping to get some work from work bosses going there in their crew cab trucks, and it was a popular place back in the late 1970s for some young "stoners" to lean back against some trees and smoke their weed. There is an older lady that walks around with a Labrador that lunges and barks at residents. Someone should make a formal complaint.

Awful area.
