Jeremy and the team at Central Lending are top notch. As a newer real estate investor access to funding is my biggest challenge. Not anymore. From my first contact with Jeremy to my quick closing he guided me through the entire process. He offered solution to all the challenges we faced. No email or phone call or question went unanswered. As a newer investor "You don't know what you don't know". Thank God for Jeremy and his knowledge. What a wonderful experience and a pleasure to work with. DO NOT do business with this company. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. One of the most NON-customer centric companies I have ever dealt with. The most recent winter storm aka “Winter Storm Fern” left over 250k people without power and over 29 fatalities recorded. Elon Musk even donated generators because it was so bad, and people were going to be without power for weeks. Central Lending has the nerve to charge me full amount to resend an appraiser out to a property due to being “not responding” to EMAILS when it’s a major disaster happening. I am without power for weeks trying to survive and take care of my family. Working with Jeremy and the Central Lending team was a great experience. As a first-time fix-and-flip investor, I appreciated how clearly and patiently Jeremy and Amish walked me through each step. Jonathan Davis, The Mortgage Vet, was great to work with. As a broker dealing with many Lender account executives - Jonathan stands out among them, excellent guidance and communication, always responsive, day or night. Specifically, he assisted in processing and closing a recent loan that was near impossible to get done at another lender. Jonathan took the deal immediately and helped get it submitted in a way that we were able to get it closed.
