BEWARE BEFORE YOU RENT!!! Central Highlands Apartments is a joke of an apartment. These people charged me to shampoo a two bedroom apartment that was NEVER shampooed in the first place. After I moved out they also charged me $75 for some stove burners. They also charged me for window blinds that I asked the to repeatedly to replaced shortly after moving in. When you choose your next apartment chose wisely and not choose this one. I wish I never rented an apartment there. People will only rent here if they are desperate and this company will realize that. This is the worst apartment that I ever lived in. Let’s start with my move in! Betsy is the apartment’s manager. I had a horrible experience here. Besty is so rude! She is never in the office, this lady locked all of me and my kids stuff in my apartment, and I couldn’t get our clothes or my kids school stuff for 3 days I had to call management over here just for her to unlock the door to give me and my kids our clothes and etc out of that apartment! I would never recommend her, I honestly don’t see why she’s still in the office. The lady even locked the door on me at the rent office and called the police as if I did something to her! She’s very spiteful, evil, weird and just miserable over all !! Oh yeah and she should be fired cause she don’t even check income she just get ya right on in. REPLACE SOMEONE ELSE AND GET RID OF HER ALL SHE DO IS HARRASS PEOPLE

I hate that I even moved to this apartment complex. the worst decision of my life. apartment is outdated and is not worth what is being charged. management is horrible and never is in the office nor do she answer the phone. I took 3 whole days cleaning the apartment complex when my lease ended which was may 31st and I was still charged a $95 cleaning fee on my security deposit. I know for a fact the apartment was spotless due to me having me own cleaning service with all satisfied customers. I have attached photos of how I left the apartment. on top of that I was charged $50 admin fee which was never mentioned when I moved in. Please do not waste your time you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I could give zero stars I would.

Overly priced for outdated fixtures ,very rude and unprofessional property manager , excessive outdoor/pool rules (might as well take kids to community parks). 6 months of hostile environment until I just broke lease! And once I cleaned up entire apartment and nothing was damaged they are sent a bill to make me pay 3,000 for misc things but luckily I took pics and got my own lawyer my rental history is to good to be sabotaged by an evil Person on her high horses! My bf is a maintenance man so he checked everything off for me so I know the apt was better than what we moved into!!!

I would like to talk to someone other than the property manager.Can someone tell me who to contact.I would very much appreciate it.I have a very important issue that needs to be addressed.
