Central Gardens

Central Gardens in Olde Naples is a charming community built in the mid 70’s with a retro feel. It’s anchored by a very large pool ( one of the largest in Olde Naples) and patio area with lush landscaping. The pool area offers privacy as well as a gathering spot for this friendly community. Fantastic location; a 3 block walk to 5th Avenue and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The City of Naples is currently re-constructing the 8th Street corridor from 5th Ave past Central Gardens....adding shade trees, brick sidewalks and charming street lighting.There are few rentals available and by word of mouth one can easily rent their place out seasonally. Great place.

I find that when dogs are not allowed even for an owner is ridiculous. Who lives here? I think the board is not living in the real world. I guess owners there are older or buy as an investment property to rent. Seems unreasonable to me that no dogs allowed policy and no laundry in units is very outdated. Good luck?
