I’ve been with Central Florida Property Management for the past seven years and have had an excellent experience throughout that time. My property manager, Daniela, has been outstanding. She always responds promptly to any questions or issues and she's always clear and professional. We’ve agreed on a level of control where any issues under a set dollar amount are handled without needing input from us, as the landlord, and this has worked fantastically well. It gives us peace of mind knowing things are taken care of efficiently. The continuity of having the same manager for a prolonged time period is invaluable. In seven years, I’ve only had two tenants.
