I had an absolutely terrible experience with this property management company. When I moved into my apartment, it was completely infested with mold—something they tried very hard to deny and cover up. They said they would “test” for mold but really they planned to "clean" it with just a stain remover and even took my key so I wouldn’t be there to witness the poor attempt at cleaning. Thankfully, I went to check and saw what they would really be doing. They were also unresponsive when I requested a refund for the moldy apartment. (2 weeks of me asking for a refund and them not giving any response) I had to threaten legal action before they finally acknowledged the situation and verified my check got mailed that day at 5pm.
