⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? → ⭐️ 1 star I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before applying. I applied to Center West Apartments and was initially approved as a sole applicant after a background screening. Based on that approval, I scheduled movers, utilities, and prepared to vacate my current residence. Approximately three weeks before move-in, I notified the leasing office that my partner would also be living with me, in compliance with lease requirements. At that point, the application process was rerun and the reasons for denial began to change. First, I was told my partner did not meet income qualifications. The mail room situation here is terrible and has been for years. Packages are often left outside with no protection and thefts happen all the time. We’ve had multiple packages stolen, including our wedding gifts, and management has done nothing despite repeated complaints. Even corporate doesn’t follow up. Now the office refuses to accept packages at all, leaving residents with no secure delivery option. It’s a shame I can’t even have packages come to me in peace, especially around a time of year. This is a shame. Our community page is full of complaints about missing packages. Updates: 12/18/25 I have been seeing some improvements so gave them 2 more stars. The new administration really cares.

My fiance and I have lived here for over 4 months and are consistently impressed with Center West. The pool, fitness areas, and grills are all well-maintained. The complex is quiet considering its right off the interstate. Maintenance is always timely and efficient, eager to help. The front office team (Hannah, Anesa and Koral) have always been pleasant and friendly, we are super thankful for their help on numerous occasions. We truly are so lucky to have found this place and will be staying here until we leave Midlothian!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Anesa! She works in the Center West departments and provided me with an incredible tour. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient—she answered every question I had and made the whole process easy to understand. You can tell she really cares about her work and about helping people feel comfortable and informed. If you’re visiting or trying to learn more about the department, definitely ask for Anesa. She’s fantastic and made my experience so much better! Highly recommend!

I have recently moved into CenterWest community. I can honestly say that my experience with the assistant manager Hannah made all the difference for my choosing this location. She was personable and caring during my tour and made sure as I progressed through the application and move in process that all of my questions were addressed. She never made me feel Like I was bothering her and I looked forward to our interactions. Just can’t say enough about her and the difference she has made in my life at this moment. I have since meet the new manager since moving In and will give 5 star kudos to Denise as well. This is an amazing team and I am so glad to have them watching over and caring for our community.
