Center Square Lofts West

If you like beautiful 9 foot high ceilings and poor plumbing, maybe this is the place for you. It may be the specific apartment I’m leasing but I’ve encountered serious issues. Here’s my “luxury apartment” experience so far: When I first moved in, the rubber seal in the doorway of the washing machine had black mold. This was addressed and I was allowed to use the machine in a neighboring unit until cleaned. The electronic key fob entrypad to my apartment door was defective and died twice in the first 6 months of me living here. Yes that means I came home on two separate occasions to find myself randomly locked out of my apartment. The second time at the end of a long day with bags of perishable groceries. Apartment is nice but wanted to give a quick shoutout to Caleb in maintenance. Super bright, helpful guy who put up curtains in my place after I put in a maintenance request. A true professional and a genuine pleasure to chat with. Thanks Caleb!

Don’t move here unless you have a CC permit. The apts are nice however the immediate area (as soon as you walk out your door) is high crime, lawless, dangerous, and not safe. There was a shooting at the dog park on walnut street about 2.5 years ago. Look it up.

Center Square Lofts West is located in Allentowns convenient City Center where there is a variety of activities and dining choices in walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve lived here for about two years, and I am beyond frustrated with the level of unprofessionalism displayed by management — specifically Malissa. Time and time again, she has shown that she has no respect for residents or any interest in doing her job properly. She ignores tenant concerns, refuses to respond to calls or emails, and acts as if residents are beneath her or not worth her time. Speaking with Malissa is pointless. She provides no answers, no solutions, and no follow-up. It’s as if she thinks basic communication is optional. That is not acceptable for someone in her position.
