Center Pointe Apartment Homes

I lived at Center Pointe from 20 06-2023. In that time i could never get my apartment painted or carpet replaced, which was not replaced before i moved in. For the $ that I paid in rent that's inexcusable. Additionally, $85 was deducted from my security.deposit reimbursement for not having the trashy 20 year old carpet cleaned. It will be replaced now along with fresh paint. Nicole has been very helpful, but i can't say as much for rest of this organization.

The apartments seem very cheaply constructed. Walls seem very thin and people walking upstairs is very loud. The worst part of our time there was dealing with the owner/manager. We always found him to be rude, unreasonable, unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. When we moved out it took over 60 days to get our deposit back. If you have any other options I would not recommend you rent an apartment at this complex.
