Person whining about houses too close together and actually bought a gd house? They walk the property with you. I actually live here. Took me a long time to build with edwin allen and had no problems at each check. No nail pops no plumbing leaks no nothing. Zip zero nada. Very happy. Crystal rocks! So did the whole team for interior design. And and and and and and...we were intrrrupted by covid. Totally professional. They will be building our next house, oh and btw my house is up 100k in 3 years.

You pay for what you get. The HOA are morons, they say they're for ya when they're really not. I've talked to property management company multiple times and they forward the issues to the HOA. Then the HOA says that's not they're problem it's earlier the village of Vicksburg problem or the police department. As for the lawn maintenance they hire, all those companies do is mow the lawn, they don't trim the neighborhood trees and don't pull weeds. Also the financial statements they send to the people in the neighborhood, are ridiculous looking at how much they spend on the pool and lawn maintenance.
