I’ve had a poor experience when calling this place. The person who answers the phone is very rude and quick to transfer calls without properly addressing my questions or concerns. It would be nice if calls were handled with more patience and professionalism.

I never been soo discriminated in my life. I live in Miami all my life and I was turn down without additional info and I’m qualified all above. I work hard and I pay my taxes faithfully. I see I have to be Spanish to order to fit. The young ladies did not give me the opportunity to provide my information because of a simple question for the new upcoming development in Naranja by the name Princeton crossing. They needs 1 year of rental history. I been homeless almost 4 months from a 5 years rental history I had to give up my place rent was getting too high. So try to apply for the new development in Naranja Fl, They didn’t proceed or given me opportunity to apply they just assumed. how can I give u an update on my rental history and I been homeless almost 4 months. Horrible is an understatement for the way this management company manages those low income apartments. The entire chain of command from the property managers to their corporate office in Miami lakes. I can write a book on all the violations and the things they are responsible to deliver and don’t. Unfortunately rent is high and people can’t afford to move so we have to deal with the poor service. Definitely would NOT recommend.

They illegally evicted me and my kids, filed a false return of service and attempted to intervene in the entire eviction case. After me and my kids have lived in the unit for over 4 years. Why??? because I found out that they were over billing the Tenants "Sub meters" for water during the construction of their new building. Public Housing, Department of Regulatory and the Commissioners are all in on this and do nothing. I was living in an infested unit and provided 3 violation notices in 1 years directly each time I sent notification of their continued negligence to the Local offices. Each notice was invalid. Stay away they are big developers who have big connections including the Judges.

With the sole testimony of those who no longer live in that condominium, the authorities should proceed against this woman Reyna Solorsano. Nothing justifies the mistreatment of families. Manager Reyna manipulates the owners with lies to cover her incompetence. This manager Reyna is not a person prepared for the position. She has double moral standards and personality. She blames the tenants for things that are not true to make them miserable. This manager abusive and mistreat not only tenants but also to all employees under her charge. Reyna is always planning how to take an innocent family to the streets. This manager Reyna enters the apartments without notifying the exact day she is going to be inspecting.
