Hidden Gem! We looked at dozens of places before landing at Northwood. And we are sure glad other places didn't align with our needs. The property is clean, well-priced, quiet, and always has plenty of parking for our guests. On top of all that, The BONUS was Aleah, the property manager, and Collin, who handled all repairs and service requests quickly and effectively! I highly recommend Northwood.

So I wrote a bad review a few weeks ago about a power outage in my apartment car port. Im writing this new one to apologize. I've spoken to Mr. Wong and everything was explained to me on why it took so long to fix. Its now fixed and im very satisfied. Thank you Cen Cal. And again, please accept my apologies for the bad review.

I happily lived here for 3.5 years without any concerns or problems. It's such a nice and quiet living. The landlord Michael is a great person and very caring about his tenants, which is what I noticed on day 1 after meeting him. I would definitely rent here again once I get back on my feet again! I’ve lived in my apartment for 3 years now under CenCal Property Management’s Management…. I can’t say I have any complaints! They have continued to provide a safe pet friendly and clean environment! A place my dog and I can easily feel at home! They are quick to make any needed repairs and are always improving and upgrading the grounds! The Management Team is friendly and very efficient as well as the maintenance Team! And I’d like to personally give praise to the lead Maintenance Team member at my complex Chris who is particularly knowledgeable and extremely efficient in his work! I highly recommend anyone in the market for a rental unit to consider CenCal Property Management!!

I have Lived here at Northwood for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The apartment manager, Aleah, and the maintenance man, Colin are friendly, efficient and always happy to help. I never went more than 24 hours with an issue not being resolved. The grounds, pool area and mail room are always kept nice and tidy. Thanks to these 2 living here has been a very enjoyable experience.
