I have used them for all my closings and I give the a 5 start. I have done stones of closing across different states and no one beats this team. Shannon is a rockstar. Held my earnest money deposit check for 6 days before attempting to deposit it (double the length of the EMD hold period). This held up my mortgage process. Each employee I talked to over the last 3 days trying to get this issue resolved (with the exception of Maria P. who is awesome) just passed the buck and no one would give me a straight answer as to why they were sitting on the payment. This is if I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone. When time is of the essence on a closing, the title company should be the last ones throwing a wrench in the process. I ended up switching title companies and have had no issues with the new company at all.
