Don came by and was all about getting my mini split ac/heater up and running quickly and responsively. His customer service is on point and very knowledgeable of what it took to get running correctly. I hope he trains others on how things fly in the outside customer service area. If I need any assistance in the future with anything please send Don. I hope he’s up for review soon so that man can receive a new year raise.. Thanks again Don! 😁

People in the Office amazing, Location Great !!! But the roaches is insane, and I been dealing with the bathtub looking like this for months. The maintenance people come and caulk up the corners and they do such a bad job. Literally it’s awful. This is my 5th time getting this fixed and these are pictures of the bathtub “Fixed.” The location is amazing but that actual apartment and bathroom is not it. This is what you will be showering in everyday. Pay the money and get a better spot fr fr.

Don’t do it! The new manager Maria is NASTY. Not friendly, extremely rude and talks down and over you. This is a constant conversation around the community. I’ve heard it from 5 other residents that she’s a nightmare. Don’t ever ask for a parking pass from her. The constant shift of management is also alarming. Pool is dirty, buildings need to be repainted, bugs and many other items. Definitely not a Karen, just that managment is a disaster. Makes it extremely disheartening. They don’t handle issues on the property either. Avoid this property and avoid McKinley in general.

Great experience overall. Alexandria was great and very helpful. Made the move in and everything very smooth and easy! highly recommend her!

Don’t do it! The move out process was a disaster, the office manager is fairly new, She had a nasty attitude and was mad that I was moving out! The place is trash, no central air no dishwasher! So I move out clean the apartment, I have no pets and I don’t smoke! I go up there to give her a key and I ask her how was the apartment, she said oh my God it was really good, then I get an email stating that they were damages, trash left and deducting towards my security deposit, really! she is a liar. She lied. I mean my security deposit is small because my credit is good, but that’s beside the point! Unprofessional! Don’t move here!
