Celadon On Club Apartments

Overall, my experience here has been okay, with a few recurring issues that impact comfort. The positives: I really love my apartment layout, I generally feel safe here, and the amenities are nice. Day-to-day, management is usually responsive and welcoming. The downsides: The breezeways are consistently dirty, which is disappointing and takes away from the “luxury” feel the community is marketed as. Parking can also be difficult to find after certain hours, and the community gets noticeably louder during the summer. Build quality feels inconsistent; some parts of the unit are fine, while other details (noise/vibration and certain fixtures) could be better. Overall it’s been fine, but I don’t plan to renew. I worked with Stacy through the entire move-in process, and she was amazing. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish, and anytime I had questions, she was always available by email or phone. After moving in, I had a small maintenance request—maintenance showed up within 15 minutes, fixed the issue, and explained exactly what was going on. Overall, a great experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the property management team here. They charged me $356.36 for a water stain on the back of the carpet. This stain was either caused by my carpet washer (as I have allergies and clean regularly) or due to an underground water leak. The stain was not visible and only discovered because they went out of their way to inspect the back of the carpet. Regarding the water leak, I noticed recurring water pooling near my doorway during my lease, which I believe could be caused by plumbing issues. I raised this concern with them, but instead of taking responsibility, they chose to blame me for the stain. I’ve been a resident of Celadon for almost 2yrs, and I must say that I’ve been very pleased with the level of service provided. I don’t question my safety because the security gates are operational 99% of the time, and the parking areas are well lit. The staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or requests. They keep the landscaping and pool area looking beautiful and clean. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to call home.

Management has an impressive amount of energy for placing towing warning stickers. I wish even a fraction of that enthusiasm went toward pressure washing the breezeways or reopening the car wash (an amenity we pay for). Priorities are… interesting.
