Ceja Vista Apartments

Apartments are nice, the appliances are great. But there is a couple issues with management and fellow residents. For one the new management team are not the nicest people I’ve called the office for general questions an I got met with an attitude like I was an inconvenience. The other tenants around the complex do not follow the rules like everyone else. After “quiet” hours they are still up playing music, drinking and smoking on their balcony making the whole building smell like weed. Theres dog poop every where and maintenance can only do so much picking it up.

I love the view for my apartment. I love the physical outlay of my apartment. I love the friends that I have met here. Otherwise, I have absolutely no use for the office staff. They lack many many attributes the least of which are maturity, empathy, compassion, professionalism, and intelligence. I feel like I'm dealing with teenagers when I go in there. If all you want is the domicile a roof over your head then it's a good place to live but if you want a place where you feel welcome where you feel valued you're not going to get that here.

I have enjoyed living at this apartment community. . The neighbors are mostly friendly as well as the office staff. I’ve had issues with the noise level but most of those issues have been resolved through the office staff. I miss the gatherings that the office provided monthly. It was an opportunity to meet and talk to neighbors that otherwise wasn’t possible.

Great place to live. Quiet.peaceful. All the Staff are very helpful with every need we have. They have an excellent maintenance team who promptly and professionally work on getting the job done safely and on a timely manner.

Cejas Vista Apartments is a wonderful and Tranquil place to live. The leasing office is runned by two exceptional caring and professional staff workers. Assistant Manager Lance Fairchild and Property Manager Ivet Cisneros. They both make you feel at home at Cejas Vista Apartments. They definitely make a difference in the Leasing office and are always ready to help and attend everyone. Great Job Done! J. Delafe
