Leticia the Manager is awesome! She just took over and is working hard to spruce up the place. Its quiet, no issues. Good value.

This is the second time I call Cedarwood home. The previous manager was okay and made some effort to improve the property. Our new manager, Pam, has been nothing short of fantastic! She is polite, prompt and does a far better job at vetting applicants. She holds residents accountable and is doing a great job at property improvements. Work orders are addressed quickly and and communicated accordingly. Property wide notifications are streamlined so everyone is aware of anything important. We also have property wide contests for fun. This past Christmas was the most decorated this place has ever been and it was great to see all the holiday cheer! Great job, Pam!

My son has been renting at Cedarwood for about 3 years now. As a mother, it makes me comfortable knowing he's living in a safe place. It's currently under new management and a lot has improved. The average rent is comparable to other apartments that are similar. They take good care of the grounds and stay in constant communication with the residents regarding things going on around the property. This has been a great place for my son to call "home."

Been here for about 3 years and new landlord Pam has taken over with results that are amazing! Things that have been unfinished and ignored for the first couple years have obviously been addressed and are being done with beautiful results. The new maintenance men are engaging, experienced and excellent! I'm thrilled to have them and all things have improved since this turnover. I'm happy to have such a great caring and hard working team and hope to have them remain here for as long as I am! The whole apartment complex has improved in every way and is continuing to satisfy and impress me. They deserve to be acknowledged by their management in a prosperous way. Grateful, ECK .

We have lived in Cedarwood for over 4 years and it has always been a nice quiet neighborhood. Any time we have had an issue with the apartment maintenance has had it resolved quickly. The property manager, Pam, is always so friendly too!
