Cedars of Chili

I have been a resident of Cedars of Chili for 7 years & I am proud to say this is my home. Both the Office Staff, as well as the Maintenance Staff are the best! They are all friendly as well as respectful & it's clearly evident they really care about the tenants well-being. Any issue I have had within the time I've lived here has always been handled in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Thank all of you who work at Cedars for taking the time to go above & beyond for everyone who calls this home!

I've been here for 8 years. I love it. The office staff are great and maintenance too. By the way maintenance you've done a fantastic job this winter. 👏🏾

I love here and every one is very sweet and the maintenance man’s do amazing job and they get there job done and the people in the office is just a sweetheart

Got approved for a apt through section 8 house passed inspection supposed of moved in 7 blue spruce drive on aug 1 st of 2025 come there on July 30 th to pay my rent and deposit get a email after I leave from Michele O stating that she wants the person that gave me a ride there driver license and Rg-e bill if she don’t get this I can’t move in now this person has nothing to do with me moving there just a ride this is what you call discrimination and doing what you want to people for your on reason it’s now under review with hud legal aide and attorney general when you get your papers please be able to explain why you did what you did some times it takes this for the truth to come out for so many people being done wrong there I got a chance to see

I grew up in cedars of chili and my parents lived here for over 30+ years and the property is so/so, but I have to say that the property manager Lynette is truly amazing!! She is so helpful anytime I go to the office or call!! The BEST property manager we’ve had!!! she has always been extremely helpful and kind to me and my family!!! also the other girls in the office are really nice and always make sure that anything that goes wrong in my apartment they get maintenance on it!!! Love all of them!!! It’s finally a pleasure to be able to go into the office without having to argue or explain myself
