Kyle Hill is the most responsive and understanding landlord I’ve ever worked with and very professional and sweet. Mitch from maintenance is punctual and gets the job done. Any issue I’ve had, the work order goes in and Mitch comes out to fix it. He will also follow up on his work to make sure everything is working as it should. He is thorough and really values his work so takes his time to get it right. This duo has made living in the apartments much more enjoyable because I can trust my landlord and maintenance have my back and are quick to respond.

Highly recommend! The townhomes were recently remodeled which is great. Our apartment manager Kyle Hill, is excellent at his job. He always reply instantly and is very nice, professional, and helpful. The construction manager Brian was also super nice and whenever something needed to be fixed was super responsive and helpful. Always nice to live at a place that has great staff!

I’ve lived in their apartments in Buffalo area for 2 1/2 years. Beautiful apartments. Every time I’ve requested help with maintenance they were there the next morning! Our building manager Kyle was amazing as well. He was always answering my question's and helping me….and I’ve had a lot it being my first time in my own apartment! I’m grateful for all their help!

I was a tenant of Amherst Town homes LLC. We recently bought a home. When Cedarland bought these properties they communicated, very well, super kind and willing to work with long term tenants. Byran Jackson was extremely helpful right from the beginning. He always quick to answer any question we had, Super helpful with any problems that arose, always made us feel like we were a top priority during construction on other units, really helped make the transition from previous owner to current as seamless as possible. They have done a wonderful job with renovating the apartments. They really do care about the properties. It's a beautiful area, great neighborhood and now amazing people who are the landlords.
