Cedarcrest Village

From experience, as a renter it’s a little pricey for what you get. I would recommend looking for other areas with better values. When I was looking for an apartment, the management staff told us that the front gate would be fixed after the New Year’s (this was later revealed to be a lie) and they ended up removing it all together. In the apartment itself, you can tell they rushed putting it together, there’s miscellaneous gaps and the walls aren’t very straight. The maintenance crew is probably the best part about this complex. I can’t remember their names, but any time I had to submit one, they did an excellent job making sure we were taken care of. It is also highly inconvenient when they schedule a pressure washing and the people doing the pressure washing don’t care if you get soaked

My experience at Cedar Crest Village Apartments has been refreshingly smooth and well-organized. The community is well-maintained, and the leasing process was clear and efficient. Nikki, in particular, stood out for her professionalism and thoughtful approach—she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being overbearing. Altogether, the experience felt both welcoming and well-managed—a place where details matter and people care.

From inadequate parking spots, trash piles because the trash compactor constantly breaking down for days, slow maintenance turnaround, poor landscaping and old, rusted appliances, it's not worth the monthly rent. All the kitchen appliances and the cabinets are extremely old and outdated. You will hear the train at 4, 5 am and during the day. Car's raving up their engines late at night. The bathtubs all squeak when you get in them and bugs are continually creeping in because the weather stripping on the door is inadequate. I relocated from another state and the reviews would have me believe this is a great place to live, but it really isn't. The pool has been closed for 2 months for remodeling. The office staff is polite. The loft apartment app which they use does not work properly

Nikki is the best. She is always extremely nice and helpful. Anytime you need anything or call she is more than happy to assist you. These apartments are the best. They are quick to fix or assist with anything I need. It is always quiet and clean. Thank you management and maintenance!

Overall, it’s a quiet community and good location. Nikki is great! The application and move in process was quick and thorough with her help. Main issues is (1) parking around the 900 bldg, hard to get a spot at times. You’ll have to park a good distance away if you don’t get in at a decent time. (2) The apartment layout could have been designed better, there is no storage/counter space in the kitchen or bathrooms. Thankfully don’t have to have too many encounters with the office or maintenance of ongoing issues.
