Cedar Tree Apartments

This was the easiest and less stressful move in process I’ve ever experience . April was wonderful. She sent me pictures and videos of the apartment. She answered all my questions. She was very attentive. Claudia and Justin were also amazing. Everyone was sweet. Claudia showed me around the property. Justin took his time to explain everything and on move in day they had a welcoming bag for me. The apartment was clean and ready for move in with no issues. I’m glad I made the decision to go with the Cedar tree.

I’ve lived here a year now and I’m really happy with choosing this complex. Everyone is very nice, it’s quiet, a mixture of kids and families, and the office is very responsive. Maintenance is great here. They are very fast and efficient when coming to fix anything. The apartment itself is very nice. There’s a bit of a thick coating of paint on the doors and walls. The cabinets could be upgraded a bit more. Other than that, the carpet is nice, bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms nice. I love my walk in closet, and the pool is great in the summer. I’m very happy being here! I renewed my lease again.

Office staff were great, helpful, and really pleasant to work with. The application process was easy and they got back to me right away. Even once I moved in, they continued to check on me and made sure as a new tenant I was taken care of. Apartment is beautiful and very cozy. Quiet neighborhood near lots of stores and I love it!

April is absolutely amazing and the enture process was smooth and I very much look forward to living at Cedar Tree Apartments. Great Wilmington place to live. Staff and Maintenance are superior!

Justin from management was friendly. I will say the pricing was different online & in person. Also, these are in my opinion, overpriced and outdated (even the 'updated' apartments). I was told the price was $1457 for a basic, half basement 1 bedroom which had a view of 10 A/C units outside. Then in person it was $1357. I agreed to sign the lease, when the lease came it was $1457 with an apology saying it was a mix up. I then asked if it was possible to honor the $1357, which was met with "absolutely no wiggle room" .. I pulled the application for the apartment, then saw it available two days later for $1397. You can get the same apartment down the block (that's not in a basement) for $1,200. Just all out confusing on getting accurate pricing or any type of escalation to higher manageme
