Cedar Trail Apartments

My wife and kid went in to view the apartment 2 months ago while we were looking for a nice place to live. Looked at many places but we've decided to finally go back into Cedar Trail's leasing office today and filled out an application. Three hours later, we received a call from Lindsey at the leasing office saying that we have been approved! Can't wait to move in!!! The apartment is in close to everything you would need; mostly everything is in walking distance! Also, the complex is very nice, quiet, and clean kept!!!

I know people that live here. Their neighbors are always allowing their dogs to use the bathroom in the grass directly in front of the apartments, refusing to be responsible enough to pick it up. The apartment management seems to somewhat keep up on the major necessities, but don't expect anything extraordinary - yet the rent keeps on rising.

SO SMALL. NO POOL. NO WASHER AND DRYER HOOK UP. HOWEVER THERE IS A WASHER AND DRYER ROOM THAT U HAVE TO WAIT TO BE FREE. The most rooms there are is three and a super duper teensy weensy living room or a 2 bedroom with a decent size living room. I got the 2 bedroom and had to share with my 2 siblings and mother so it was cramped. We had a balcony which was pretty cool. Despite it being small the place was so clean you could eat off the walls and carpet. It's small but pretty nice and affordable for small families.

Update: I’ve lived here the past few years and I had no complaints for a really long time. Miller Valentine owned this place and it was a nice place to live. However, a new company has recently taken over and I already have complaints. It has snowed about three times and they have YET to send a company out to plow snow or apply salt. Not only is it dangerous for residents, it’s very disappointing bc MV ALWAYS made sure the sidewalks and parking lots were clear. MV also used to have a company clean the buildings once per week but this company has no had anyone out to clean since taking over. I can only imagine the quality here will decrease drastically. This place does get points for being in a great location; close to shops, restaurants, and highways.

I just got approved, and can’t wait to move in! Lyndsey is so nice, and very professional. The apartment that was shown was very nice. The grounds were very clean and well kept.
