Cedar Springs Apartments

We have a new property manager and I wanted to leave this review because after a long year of waiting for repairs to be completed we finally got a property manager that is making things happen. All in one week I got my fridge replaced , and a new kitchen faucet also new outlets , a new front door was also replaced there's so many repairs happening here not just me but other residents are also getting new appliances and new carpet and flooring put in . I'm so happy we have a property manager that actually has listened to our concerns and things that needed fixing and has put things in motion to get them repaired. As before Ms Stefanie came the old property manager wouldn't answer the phone nor have the door unlocked so you could go into the office. So its been a blessing to have Ms Stefanie

This property is NOT disabled and elder friendly. Some elders live on the second floor of one bedroom apartments. No shower safety in the bathrooms and no emergency switchers (includes the strings to the floor if elder is on floor) to call ambulance inside the apartments. Manager Mrs. Anderson says no laundry is allowed inside of the apartments. She shares your complaints and your names to neighbors/maintenances to cause more conflicts. Due to that, neighbors aren't friendly. Parking lots lines paint are fading badly, as a elderly, I cant see if I park it right. If I park over two parking lots, fines, boot or tow your vehicle. the office is always in a "meeting " I've heard these were pretty decent apartments all 3 times I've came out from Seymour tn just to speak to someone because when I call I always get the answering service as if the office is closed. no one is there 8am-5pm there weren't any signs advising me to come back or anything. I'll pass . Needs new management

I lived there for 10 years, and NEVER had ANY issues with ANYONE until Angela became the manager over the complex. Regardless of what ANYONE including herself may think She's ALL about DRAMA, and I would strongly suggest NEVER TELL HER ANYTHING YOU WANT KEPT QUITE BECAUSE AS SOON AS YOU WALK OUT OF THE OFFICE 1/2 THE COMPLEX DONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HER PART. I GUESS THAT'S WHY SHE'S NO LONGER THERE, but if she chooses to continue being the way she was while " Managing Cedar Springs " she may wanna choose a different profession, as NO ONE likes the Constant DRAMA, and LIES that follows her. Remodeling is much needed to the apartments. Needs new carpeting, windows and appliances.I’ve lived here for awhile. Overall Management (Mrs.Angela) is great. Corporate needs to do better with the residents living situations.
