I would like to leave a heartfelt review about the Cedar Shores administration, especially Karla Carrillo, Community Manager. Karla is truly incredible. She is wonderful, welcoming, and always willing to help, resolving everything with speed, competence, and genuine care. I have never met an administration as competent, human, and intelligent as the one represented by Karla. Her professionalism combined with her kindness makes a rare and beautiful difference. I am eternally grateful for the four years I lived in this community. It was truly an honor. I have nothing but love and appreciation for this place. The apartment I rented is awful. My kitchen shares a wall with my neighbor’s kitchen, so whenever I turn on the water, they can hear it — and when they run the water at 3 a.m., it wakes me up. It’s really bad.

I lived at Cedar Shores for a few years and it was a very positive experience. The location is great (I was in a studio facing the bay) as is in a quiet beautiful area of Pacific Beach right near Mission Bay. The studio are very spacious and those with vaulted ceilings are wonderful as so much light comes in. All interactions I had over the years with management & maintenance teams were very positive. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful and creates a great place to live. Any repairs I needed were always taken care of without delay and communication with management was effortless. I highly recommend this complex mainly based on the location, the studio design and the amazing staff.

I just moved from Virginia to San Diego- this is my first place here. Really happy with the decision to move to Cedar Shores, apartment community is onKarla has been very good to work with. The apartments are nice- amazing views if you have bay side. Ample Parking. Laundry is on site- and plenty of room. Never have to wait. Definitely recommend. 10 min run to the beach.
